About The 108 Studio
The 108 Studio is a heated fitness studio at Hoults Yard on Walker Road, on the edge of the Ouseburn in Byker. Classes take place in an infrared-heated environment, typically at 34°C and above, and the studio builds its identity around heat, music, strength and community, emphasising intensity and personal transformation.
The timetable centres on three heated formats: Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga and Hot Movement, and the studio also runs a Lagree programme, which it distinguishes from traditional reformer Pilates. Mats are provided free of charge, and facilities include shower and bathroom facilities, a kitchenette, a breakout space for belongings and on-site parking. The combination of heated classes and a distinct Lagree offering sets it apart from conventional yoga and Pilates studios in the area.
