Ron Breen Estate Agents

About Ron Breen Estate Agents

Ron Breen Estate Agents is a long-established independent agency at 230 Chillingham Road in Heaton, and describes itself as the only estate agents to have been selling and renting property in Heaton for the past 50 years. A familiar name on the local high street, it handles residential sales, lettings and commercial property, and offers free valuations. The firm is a member of NAEA Propertymark, the National Residential Landlords Association and the Property Ombudsman.

Sales cover a broad range of homes across the North East, with the agency working throughout Newcastle neighbourhoods such as Byker, Heaton, High Heaton, Walker, Wallsend, Killingworth and the Quayside, as well as parts of Northumberland. Its lettings model is distinctive: the firm states that every property it lets is owned by Ron Breen Estate Agents rather than managed on behalf of other landlords, and it charges no tenancy administration fees and requires no tenant deposits.
