It comes from the team behind the acclaimed neighbourhood restaurant Nest, along with sister venues Hide and Flight Bar, and brings that same restaurant-quality curation to a compact retail setting. The shop stocks a carefully chosen range spanning red, white, rosé, orange, and champagne and sparkling wines, with an emphasis on interesting, well-made bottles rather than supermarket staples.

Bottles can be browsed and bought in person or ordered online for local collection. The selection is organised by style to make it easy to explore beyond the familiar, and the connection to Nest's kitchen means the list is shaped by people who pair wine with food professionally.
