About Heaton Nursery

Heaton Nursery is a long-standing private day nursery in the heart of Heaton, at 38 Heaton Grove. Established in 1970, it is a familiar fixture for local families and offers early-years care in a residential setting close to Heaton's shops, parks and transport links, opening from 7.30am to 6pm to suit working parents.

The nursery cares for children from birth upwards and also runs an out-of-school club with school pick-ups, extending its provision for older children up to around eleven years. It is registered for early-years funding, and its most recent Ofsted inspection, in March 2023, rated the setting 'Good'.
