Walking the Ouse Burn Way
A free guided autumn walk along a section of the Ouse Burn, recording urban wildlife with the Natural History Society of Northumbria.
About This Event
This roughly two-mile walk explores a stretch of the Ouse Burn with a focus on autumn urban nature, recording sightings along the way with iNaturalist and iRecord. The route is mostly on well-maintained paths. Bring sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing; a smartphone with a recording app is useful but optional.
