Gory Stories: Halloween at Bamburgh Castle
Gruesome tales from the castle's history told through half-term, running alongside Bamburgh's other Halloween activities.
About This Event
Explore the darker side of Northumberland's past as storyteller Jim shares gruesome tales of unusual deaths through the ages in the Keep Hall. Sessions run at 11.15am and 2.15pm on 24, 25, 30 and 31 October; meet at the bottle-shaped door at the outside entrance to the Keep. Family-friendly but genuinely gory in places (parental discretion advised for younger or sensitive children), and access involves steps. Included with castle admission.
